This program is a self paced online learning module aimed at new workers entering the Fresh Produce Industry.
Introduction:
As an employer, you will need to allow adequate time to ensure new employees receive appropriate induction training and support, including all aspects of a workplace health and safety induction on the farm. The Fresh Produce Industry includes fruit, nut and vegetable growing and processing.
Target Audience:
Any person who is to carry out work in the Fresh Produce Industry should complete general induction training. This training provides people new to the industry with a basic knowledge of work health and safety requirements.

- Understand the fresh produce industry, characteristics and workplace requirements.
- Understand the components of personal safety, rights and responsibilities.
