Growing Team Leaders


This program has been designed for farm workers who have been identified as the businesses next team leader. Developing team leadership and staff management skills is a key requirement when taking on higher duties.


Leaders and supervisors do not grow on trees; they must be developed. This training is a practical, how-to guide for creating leaders and supervisors. Spanning topics from determining needs to evaluating performance, it covers all aspects of how to develop the skills, insights, and attitude to lead others.

Growing Team Leaders will assist newer Team Leaders and Supervisors and those transitioning into their first leadership role to develop their leadership and communication skills. They will improve their ability to work with their team to achieve the team’s performance objectives and goals.

Target Audience:

Having the ability to coach others effectively is an essential skill of any supervisor or manager. A great coaching session is an open form of communication that requires equal responsibility from both parties.  Our training is for team leaders, supervisors, and managers wanting to influence and motivate a group of people to work cohesively toward shared goals, especially in times of development, trouble, or dysfunction.
